The Airstayz Group of Companies ("AIRSTAYZ") had been working toward and forming part of a USA based
international merger since late 2020 amidst Covid's tight stranglehold (particularly across Australia).
To effect, USA/Los Angeles based Centralis Inc. and CentralisX® (the "NewCo's")
together were planned to spearhead the international companies going forward.
To date, the merger as underpinned by the LOI between relevant parties, which incorporated a roll up of technologies, hotel and accommodation
assets, other IP, and LOIs with relevant 3rd parties to broaden the use of the Centralis Coin, plus a roadmap to a USA SPAC listing,
had not come to timely fruition, despite significant efforts through the heights of the pandemic (2021) to the end of 2023.
Of the NewCo's, CentralisX® continues to forge ahead and seeking out funding, commercialisation and strategic pathways leveraging much of
the AIRSTAYZ technology, IP, value propositions and talent. note; Centralis Inc., serving no further purpose has been closed, effective Dec'23
For the purposes of online and corporate updates during the transition stages, AIRSTAYZ should be substituted
with CentralisX®, STAY with CXC (Centralis X Coin), and STAY Rewarded® with CentralisX Rewards®.
