- AIRSTAYZ and ABC World after months of discussions have agreed on an in principal framework and exclusive market entry to the significant and growing Chinese Tourism Market.
- ABC will support a range of services, including; document development, market entry, strategic supply chain partners, network and fund raising in sourcing capital across Chinese HNWI.
- ABC World, with its extensive online media operations and outlets will be a strong voice for AIRSTAYZ.
- Combined with Richard’s extensive knowledge of the Chinese markets, culture and relationships, will provide a powerful reach into China and in positioning AIRSTAYZ across hotels, tour operators, airlines, activities, media and investment community.
- The JV sees AIRSTAYZ International Holdings LTD [AIR] our Ireland based parent company, ABC World [ABC] and Chinese Investors [CHinv] to share equity in AIRSTAYZ China [AIRChina] (to be incorporated).
- AIRChina will raise its own capital to develop and operate, with funds raised through the Chinese network. These funds will allow for $’s to flow to AIR for ongoing platform development, whilst the balance to fund the necessary China operations - admin, sales, marketing, etc.
- AIR and ABC will share the Board and Governance in executive oversight, whilst AIRChina will have day to day management and operational responsibilities.
